Is there an age limit?

Event access is strictly 21+, anyone below the age limit are welcome to enjoy the Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort facilities.

Can I give my pass to a friend? How?

You can pass your ticket on to a friend. It's a one-time use pass: once it's scanned for entry, it can't be used again.

I have already purchased a Saturday ticket, how can I access backstage?

Backstage pass is available as an add-on. Head to Rooms + Tickets page for more information.

I have purchased my ticket, but I would like to book a table.

No problem. You can grab a table ticket.

Does the Saturday ticket grant me access to the Sunday daytime event?

No problem. You can grab a table ticket.

Is the event cashless?

For the event, we're using top-up bracelets for a cashless experience. However, at the hotel, both cash and cashless methods are accepted.

My friend decided to tag along. Can they share my room package?

Depending on the occupancy limit and your room size, you might be able to add an extra bed. For more information go to Rooms + Tickets page.

Can I set up a tent on Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort premises?

Tents aren't allowed within Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort territory, but there's a public camping ground bordering our premises.

Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort is fully booked. What can I do?

We often release a select number of rooms in a nearby hotel. Alternatively, you can explore available accommodations in the area on websites like booking.com.

Can I receive a refund for my Snoopy Beats ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in emergency situations with valid proof. For exceptional cases, please reach out to us via phone or email.

Can I get a refund for my room package booking?

  • Three (3) weeks prior to the event, full refund
  • Two (2) weeks prior to the event, 50% refund
  • Less than One (1) week prior to the event, no refund
  • No refund will be made for the no-show.
  • No refund for any ticket packages with the room.
  • Check-in time is 03:00 pm & Check-out time is 12:00pm
  • Late Check-out until 06:00pm is chargeable up to 50% of the room tariff.

Can I get a refund if I have credit left on my top up bracelet?

Absolutely. Refund stations will be set up on the property for your convenience. Please note: To ensure your refund, visit these stations by 9pm of Sunday.

What about parking arrangements?

For our hotel guests, ample parking is available on the property. Additionally, there are plenty of spaces to park bordering the hotel premises.

Will there be any shuttle-service?

Can I expect vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options at Snoopy Beats?

Absolutely! We're dedicated to catering to diverse tastes and dietary needs.

Can I bring my own food & beverages, including alcohol?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort in accordance with our policy. But fear not, we will have plenty of food options and refreshments at the event.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes, except drone cameras. Please refrain from using selfie sticks and don't forget to tag us @snoopybeats.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our four-legged friends, but Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort guidelines don’t permit them within the premises.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, please refer to the reception at Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort and we will do our best to help you retrieve it.
