- Cancellation Policy:
• Three (3) weeks prior to the event, full refund
• Two (2) weeks prior to the event, 50% refund
• Less than one (1) week prior to the event, no refund
• No refund will be made for the no-show.
• Event tickets are non-refundable
• No refund for any ticket packages with the room.
• Check-in time is 03:00 pm & Check-out time is 12:00pm
• Late Check-out until 06:00 pm is chargeable up to 50% of the room tariff.
