Cancellation Policy
- Three (3) weeks prior to the event, full refund.
- Two (2) weeks prior to the event, 50% refund.
- Less than One (1) week prior to the event, no refund.
- No refund will be made for the no-show.
- No refund for any ticket packages with the room.
- Check-in time is 03:00 pm & Check-out time is 12:00pm.
- Late Check-out until 06:00pm is chargeable up to 50% of the room tariff.

For the event, we're using top-up bracelets for a cashless experience. However, at the hotel, both cash and cashless methods are accepted.
Can I receive a refund for my Snoopy Beasts ticket?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort in accordance with our policy. But fear not, we will have plenty of food options and refreshments at the event.
